MATT SLOCUM has a career history of trying cases on behalf of those who most need their rights protected.

Possessing law degrees from Hofstra University School of Law and Temple University School of Law, Matthew Slocum’s talent for litigation was evident from the outset of his career. He began practicing law with large prestigious firms in Philadelphia and New York, then in 2009 brought this wealth of experience home to Northeastern Pennsylvania.
Upon cofounding The Slocum Firm, Matthew placed an emphasis on seeking out cases where his defense of clients’ rights had compounding impact beyond an individual case, thereby positively affecting the lives/health of the greater community. A powerful example of the realization of this focus, was Matthew’s appointment to the Tronox Tort Claim Trust Advisory Committee. As a member, he oversees the distribution of $5.15 billion dollars in damages to citizens of the region
Additionally, as an attorney with a vested interest in the medical well-being of his fellow Pennsylvanians, Matthew is a Co-Founder of Legally Rooted. Legally Rooted’s mission is to provide education, clarity and guidance to clients seeking to enter the medical cannabis sector in Pennsylvania. Their focus is to ensure the people of the Commonwealth reap the medical benefits of the industry.
RYAN SCANLON is an attorney at The Slocum Firm, PC. Ryan aggressively fights for injured clients in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. He is a certified workers’ compensation specialist by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Law Section as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Ryan has recovered millions of dollars in monetary benefits for his clients.
Ryan is a graduate of University of Pittsburgh School of Law and Fairfield University, where he earned a B.S. in Finance. Ryan has a diverse legal background. Prior to joining the Slocum Firm, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in Lackawanna County, PA. Thereafter, Ryan worked at a regional insurance defense law firm, representing employers and insurance companies. Subsequently, Ryan used that knowledge base to advocate on behalf of injured workers at one of the largest workers’ compensation claimant firms in Pennsylvania, handling a large volume of workers’ compensation cases and zealously pursuing justice on behalf of his clients.
Ryan is an executive committee member of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Man/Woman of the Year Campaign. Ryan has also served as an advisor to the West Scranton High School Mock Trial team.
Dr. JON PANUCCI earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the College of Saint Rose while playing varsity soccer on a four year scholarship. He then attended New York Chiropractic College to complete his Doctorate. Dr. Panucci is a Pennsylvania-licensed, Board Certified Chiropractic Physician and also holds a license in Adjunctive Procedures. He is also certified in Graston Technique® and Active Release Technique® Lower Extremity. He completed the Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician Degree at NYCC.
Dr. Panucci is currently training to become a Certified Kinesiotaping Provider. Dr. Panucci is an active member of the American Chiropractic Association. He is a chiropractic advocate and visits local businesses and events to speak about chiropractic and how it helps in sports performance and in healing injuries.
Outside of HealthBridge Chiropractic, Dr. Panucci enjoys playing basketball, racquetball, skiing, and tennis.
