I have always been active in the fitness world.

Whether it be “fit- ness” entire pizza into my mouth, in the gym, or on a hike with my family, I have always tried to create a good balance of work, fitness, family, etc in my life. My son, Parker, decided to try gymnastics and this is me teaching him how to do push-ups to increase his strength after an adjustment for his wellness just before bedtime.
