Before Covid hit, my wife Meredith, my daughter Chloe, and my son Parker and I used to love to travel.
We would have been all over the globe from the beaches of Hawaii, the Caribbean, the UK, all over the United States, etc. We all thought it was the places we were at that made it so fun. However, we have since learned that it is our strong family unit that made it so fun. Even being locked in our own home could be exciting and full of laughter. Sure learning is difficult for the kids with their new platform, but they are still able to relax on the weekends and get ready for the next week.
Sometimes looking back at all our family vacations even makes them say I am glad we had that chance to go there…maybe one day we can go back. I am so happy that I was able to show my family the world, well some of it.
