For the past 12 years, I have been very passionate about running.
Running has always been a therapeutic exercise for me. I find it as a great workout, a stress reliever and helps to clear my head. During the past recent month, I have expanded my running time to around one hour. Those one hour runs help me to get a clear head and focus on patient care.
I think of new ways that I can help my patients with exercises and stretches while they are in the office. The runs also help me decompress after a long day of helping others in the Philadelphia area. Some kind running a punishment, but I will always find it relaxing
