HEALTHBRIDGE SAFETY AND SCREENING PROTOCOLS

We have put into place specific plans to responsibly re-engage with our patients. This will include safety questions and modified treatment protocols. Currently all our locations are are open.

HealthBridge has expanded our schedule to six days a week (Monday-Saturday).

OUR ACTION PLAN

SCREENING

Prior to entering our facilities each patient will be called and asked multiple safety questions before they are scheduled for treatment, including:

  • Have you isolated yourself for the past 14 days?
  • Have you had a fever in the past 14 days?
  • Have you or any member of your household been out of the country in the past 30 days?
  • Have you been in contact with anyone that was sick in the last 14 days?
  • Do you have any symptoms whatsoever including cough, congestion/cold symptoms, difficulty breathing and or any flu like symptoms?
  • Have you been tested for COVID-19?
  • Are you immunosupressed?
  • Have you been to the hospital in the past 14 days?

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Once the patient is properly screened, we will schedule and proceed with treatment while following our health and safety procedures:

  • We will be limiting our patient visits to 2-4 patients per hour.
  • We will be checking the patients temperature at the door for screening (forehead non-touch digital).
  • The patient will not be allowed in the door unless they are symptom free.
  • Each patient will be given a mask to cover their mouth and will be instructed to keep this mask on during their entire appointment.
  • All magazines, tables, water dispensors/cups etc. will be removed from the waiting room area and patients will be assigned seats.
  • Each patient will be instructed to practice social distancing while inside our facilities and stay 6 feet apart.
  • After each patient, all office surfaces including treatment tables and equipment will be wiped down with disinfectant solutions as per current CDC and OSHA guidelines.
  • When possible we are using a “parking lot waiting room”.  We will attempt to call patients in to the office one at a time and take them immediately to a treatment room to reduce exposure.
  • We are limiting visitors to the office.  Unless with a medically necessary care taker, patients will be asked to limit bringing any visitors to our office at this time.
  • We will also conduct daily screening of all office personnel.

The entire HealthBridge team is committed to the safety of our employees and patients during this time of uncertainty. Our mission is to help our patients achieve the safest non-invasive treatment. This remains our main emphasis when entering our facilities. We are prepared, ready and motivated to make sure we are here to provide essential chiropractic and rehabilitative services to our patients at this time.

Thank you for your commitment to our patients and the HealthBridge Family!
